Rabbit recipe review

I started my dog on the beef recipe , which was my trial bag of food. She liked it, and I used it to mix with her homemade raw diet, of bison, lamb and turkey. I supplement her diet also with Dinovite 3 in 1 daily immune support and also with Wuffes, advanced hip and joint support. She was already eating healthy and raw, made by me at home, but I thought I would try something new for her. I followed the instructions with introducing the new food. I ordered my second shipment which was the raw rabbit, and she is eating it as well, but not 100% yet. She wouldn't eat the duck morsal treats that came with it. I haven't seen any change yet, but as I said, she was already eating raw and healthy, so hard to tell. She is 13 and in great shape and energy, walks 2 miles a day with no problems. I attribute her good health to never eating kibble or regular dog food. I have tried 3 other raw companies, and Little Hunter formula is the one she most prefers due to its' size and softer consistency.

Love the ingredients on this but unfortunately it wasn’t a hit with my dogs. Been searching for all types of dog food for them to like and continue but this wasn’t to their likely which I don’t know why. Also, I’m sure it’s packed with nutrition but it’s a bit too pricey for the amount you get.

Our dog loves his rabbit food!

33% of our dog's diet is the rabbit food from Little Hunter for the past 8+ months and the food is great. He loves the food, his coat and joints look and feel great. The food itself is consistent in quality and looks.

Yummilicious!

My 2 girls LOVE this food! I always hesitate on freeze dried or dehydrated since to me it is like eating cardboard and looks like saw dust, but not this food! It looks like actual morsels of meat and there is not much that ends up as broken crumbs in the bottom. I often feel like I don't feed them enough since they literally sniff the cabinet this is stored in wanting more! Ms. Mocha even does toe taps impatiently waiting to be served. Since the morsels are a treat size, I also use this as a treat or reward rather than buying other mystery treat products.

Little Hunter Rabbit

My dog is a very picky eater but he seems to really love this food and I don't have issues getting him to eat. The only thing I've noticed recently is that the formula seems to crumble more easily then it used too. This causes more waste than I'd prefer.

Quality food and great customer service

My toy poodle is pretty picky and he likes LH's beef recipe the best. He also tried the rabbit and salmon & white fish recipe but wasn't as fond. I gave it 4 stars because the morsels are a little hard and not as chewy for him as he has little teeth. It does help when I add a little broth to his food to soften. I like that LH has quality ingredients and I feel good about feeding my pup LH. Oh, and I want to mention the company has great customer service as well. I had to reach out to LH about my pup not liking the food at first and they were so kind to work with me to let my pup try a different recipe. Thank you, LH!

Really like the food. Can we get one bag of beef and one of rabbit? Also, the chunks seem pretty big for Tina, can we get smaller chunks?
